try harder! is a film that follows 5 students, at Lowell High School, as they navigate the rigorous higher education admissions process.

We hope you can join us to:

- Discuss the film and explore Impact campaign to center students at the heart of college admissions through wellness and DEI storytelling
- Enjoy food and refreshments provided by Lowell PTSA
- Free Acupuncture ear clinic during event provide by A.C.T.C.M

To apply: Please be sure to review the PTSA Grant Funding Guidelines and Grants FAQs carefully before completing the application. All required fields marked with an * must be completed in full. Once you have completed all sections, please click on the “Submit” button at the end of the application.

School Site Safety Update

Work was supposed to begin on the locks for the external doors last week, however there was a supply chain issue with parts required for the upgrades. SFUSD will provide Mr. Alcantar with a new timeline next week. We do not have information about Columbine locks for classroom doors or for the PA system...

We are requesting that a specific BOE Commissioner be chosen to stay on top of this situation and see it through completion at all school sites.
