Reporting Incidents to Administration (any incident)
Step 1: Please complete a written statement using Lowell's student incident form (link). You may complete this statement while speaking to a counselor or trusted adult or on your own.
Students and families should review their rights and responsibilities listed in the Student and Family Handbook (link). This is a valuable resource for our students to understand their rights to a safe and supportive school campus. As a reminder, if you experience any form of bullying or hate motivated discrimination, please report it immediately to your teacher, counselor or Assistant Principal Liverpool (liverpoolk@sfusd.edu)
