taking charge of the emotional safety of themselves
assertive advocacy to get help with safety problems

Step 1: Please complete a written statement using Lowell's student incident form (link). You may complete this statement while speaking to a counselor or trusted adult or on your own.

Step 2: Please make sure your statement is given to Ms. Fong (fongc3@sfusd.edu) , Ms. Liverpool (liverpoolk@sfusd.edu), any Lowell administrator.
